Moving from town to town up and down the dial has been Brian's adventure before settling into the Chicago area in 1992. Since becoming James Bond has yet to work out, Brian's more than satisfied with his career in radio. If he wasn't working, he'd happily be lying on a beach with his family close by. Susan WiencekMorning News and Public Affairs
If it weren't for that cute radio DJ with a box of puppies at Southern Illinois University, Susan Wiencek may never have tried radio. Fortunately, Susan comes from family of audiophiles and fit right in to radio. Born and raised in Chicago, she has enjoyed a broadcasting career up and down the dial before coming to Chicago's 100.3 to report her morning newscasts. She's also worked on Marlon Brando's private island in the South Pacific picking up coconuts. When she's not in the studio, you may see Susan riding her motorcycle, working out or reading one of her many self-help books.
Megan ReedWeekdays 10 A.M. - 2 P.M.
Radio is more than playing music to Megan Reed, mid-days on Chicago's 100.3... it's a personal connection with listeners who let her in their lives every day. And ever since playing "The DJ" in an 8th grade play in Batavia, she knew this was the career. She likes to explore Chicago's neighborhoods and restaurants, knit, attend Cubs games, knit, and did we mention KNIT! Brian MiddletonWeekdays 2 P.M. - 7 P.M.
Born and raised in the burbs of Chicago, Brian spent his early years mixing in many of the roller rinks and night clubs in and around the city. His love for mixing music paved the way for him to do so for years on the Radio and live across the Country. With a degree in Marketing, Brian likes to always ask "What if we"... David JWeeknights 7 P.M. - 12 A.M.
Since his first "TV Magic" kit at age 6, Chicago native, David J (for Joseph,) has been driven to entertain people. Hence, his career in the music/entertainment industry that includes special events emcee/DJ, nightclub jock, game show host, bassist in a rock-n-roll band, on-air radio personality, and radio programming & management. Most recently, the new Chicago's 100.3 evening guy graduated from culinary school and worked at an Italian market in the South Loop. When not entertaining the air waves or talking Italian cuisine, David J is with his family which includes two handsome cats named Mayor McCheese and Mickey. Read David J's blog.
Brian TravisWeekdays Midnight - 5:30am
Growing up in the same south side neighborhood Chaka Khan grew up in, Brian listened to Chicago radio his entire life aspiring to one day have a cool job as a DJ. He started in downstate Illinois and then came back to Chicago to do traffic, news and DJ-ing. This single man has been a loyal White Sox fan since the 70s and grew up planning to be a DJ, but also considered being a baseball play-by-play announcer, photographer, actor or train engineer.
